Scholarships Grand Haven Area Community Foundation scholarships are awarded competitively based on criteria set by donors. Once your application is submitted, you will be eligible for all those for which you meet the requirement. Loutit Scholarship Fund The Loutit Foundation honors the legacy of the Loutit family by providing grants in areas that were of special concern to the Loutit Family: health, education, and community welfare. Recognizing the importance of helping students realize their full potential and supporting local educational institutions, they established the Loutit Scholarship Fund in 2018. This scholarship is intended for students residing in northern Ottawa County who are planning to attend a college affiliated with the Michigan Colleges Alliance.
