Grant Requirements

How to Apply

#### Step-by-Step Process

2. Submit Letter of Intent (LOI) by the deadline:
- Cycle 1 (Spring): January 15
- Cycle 2 (Fall): July 15
3. Await Board Decision on LOI:
- Cycle 1: February 15
- Cycle 2: August 15
- The Board will notify you of either denial or invitation to proceed with full application
4. Submit Full Application by the deadline (only if invited after LOI approval):
- Cycle 1 (Spring): April 1
- Cycle 2 (Fall): October 1
5. Await Final Board Decision and funding notification:
- Cycle 1: April 15
- Cycle 2: October 15
6. Grant monies are issued upon approval
