Background
Established in 2011 by Lewis and Susan Cook of Glen Ellen, CA, in memory of their son Lewis E. Cook III, age 32, who was fatally struck by a drunk driver while on vacation in Vail, Colorado. Lewis was a SVHS alumnus who attributed much of his success to the school's programs and coaches.- Must be: A deserving senior from Sonoma Valley High School
- Requirement: Pursuing the arts in any form
