Kramer Barnard Memorial Grant The Kramer Barnard Memorial Fund was established to honor the life of 12-year-old Kramer Barnard by his parents, John and Beth Barnard, and family friends. Kramer passed in a tragic ATV accident on Friday, April 18, 2025. Kramer’s family and friends established the Kramer Barnard Memorial Grant Cycle to support youth development and leadership, with an emphasis on sports and outdoor activities, and to assist area youth who have a financial need to participate in these programs. The funds distributed from this grant cycle are from gifts made in memory of Kramer to honor his love for sports and the outdoors.Eligibility
