Kiwanis Turn Around Scholarship (TAS) Program
Program Purpose:
Provides personal recognition and scholarships to graduating at-risk high school seniors for continuing education, which may be college, vocational, or trade school.
Geographic Scope: Lincoln High School, Twelve Bridges High School, and Phoenix and Atlas High Schools
Eligibility:
- Substance abuse or addiction
- Abusive parents or guardians
- Poverty
- Homelessness
- Physical handicap or illness
