Guided by our vision, purpose, mission, values, and policies, we inspire philanthropic generosity to enhance our community’s quality of life. Scholarships More than 200 students throughout north central Wisconsin, from pre-school to post-graduate, will be awarded scholarships totaling more than $300,000 from the 125 endowed scholarship funds administered within the Community Foundation. Kimberly A. Van Den Elzen Memorial Scholarship Purpose Provide scholarships for individuals from central Wisconsin seeking a career, or hoping to further their career, in the Human Resources field. Graduating high school seniors, as well as college students, or adults already in the field pursuing additional education, are invited to apply. Students are welcome to reapply in subsequent years, whether they receive the award or not.
