NOTE: The certification form was erroneously omitted from the originally posted KyCL25 grant RFA. Due to the addition of the certification form, the questions deadline has been extended until Monday, November 25, 2025, at 4 p.m. A new FAQ document will be posted on or around Wednesday, November 27th. All questions must be emailed to the KDERFP@education.ky.gov inbox by the deadline.​
