For over 100 years, The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC) has been supporting the philanthropic interests of donors who want to effect change in their communities. Scholarships It is through the generosity of local individuals, families, and businesses that we are able to offer more than 190 scholarship opportunities. TFEC is the largest provider of scholarships in South Central, Pennsylvania, awarding over $1.7 million in scholarships to more than 400 local students alone through various scholarship funds administered by TFEC and through management agreements with the Samuel L. Abrams Foundation, the Leon Lowengard and Ray S. Shoemaker scholarships of BNY Mellon, N.A. and York Rotary Club. Kenneth G. Robinson, APR Memorial Scholarship Fund The Kenneth G. Robinson, APR, Memorial Scholarship will provide opportunities to rising or current undergraduate students attending Pennsylvania colleges or universities who are civic-minded and require tuition assistance to continue their education in the communications or public relations fields. It is jointly sponsored by the members of the Pennsylvania Public Relations Society and Public Relations Society of America-Central PA Chapter. Renewability This scholarship is a one-time only award.Eligibility
