The Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation has been the area's supportive, responsive and trusted Community Foundation for 25 years. Kelsey "Kelso" Shea Memorial Scholarship This scholarship, in memory of Kelsey "Kelso" Shea, a 2022 Allegany-Limestone Central School graduate who fought a courageous battle with esophageal cancer, is for graduating seniors of ALCS, attending either a 2- or 4-year college and planning to pursue a degree in Arts and Digital Media-related studies (such as Arts, Studio Arts, Digital Media, Digital Audio Production and Multimedia Production, photography, etc.). First preference will be for a student planning to attend the JCC Jamestown Campus.
