Juliette M. Atherton Scholarships - Ordained Ministers Advanced Education Grant

The Juliette M. Atherton Scholarships support Protestant ministers pursuing advanced theological education in the U.S., particularly those who have completed a seminary degree. Applicants must be ordained ministers, residents of Hawai’i, and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0. Funding is available for up to four years, requiring annual reapplication. This scholarship aims to enhance educational opportunities for ministers committed to their faith and community.

Eligibility

Pursue a continuing theological education
Applicant has completed or will complete a seminary or theology degree by the following academic year
Be a resident of the State of Hawai’i
Be in good academic standing or by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0Eligible awardees may receive funding for up to four years, but must reapply each year to be considered.
