Berkley and Lee Lilly Scholarship Eligibility Scholarship rotates between five designated schools: WVU-Institute of Technology, WVU—Morgantown, WV Wesleyan, University of Richmond, and Duke University; Qualified needy upper-classman (sophomores or higher) students who graduated from a public school in Raleigh or Fayette County.
