Indigo Oak Fund The Indigo Oak Fund is a Colorado-based private foundation focused on education, the arts, women and children’s issues, and ensuring equal justice under the law. Our Mission is to recognize and advance individual potential and support effective programs which contribute to that purpose. The Fund supports selected programs and initiatives which promote personal empowerment and achievement and which qualify as related to the above-named issues. We seek to contribute to a better world by recognizing and respecting the value of each individual, funding programs which have the potential to improve lives, fostering lifelong learning, and ensuring access to equal opportunity for all.
