Indigo Oak Fund: Education Grant Program

The Indigo Oak Fund's Education Grant Program supports educational initiatives in Colorado and the Bay Area, focusing on both traditional schools and alternative learning experiences. The Indigo Oak Fund is a Colorado-based private foundation focused on education, the arts, women and children’s issues, and ensuring equal justice under the law.
The Fund supports selected programs and initiatives which promote personal empowerment and achievement and which qualify as related to the above-named issues. We seek to contribute to a better world by recognizing and respecting the value of each individual, funding programs which have the potential to improve lives, fostering lifelong learning, and ensuring access to equal opportunity for all.
This grant program aims to support traditional schools and out-of-school learning experiences catering to children and adults. Previous recipients have included organizations that assist adults in advancing their careers, as well as schools and learning institutions that require additional resources to support their teachers.

Eligibility

The Indigo Oak Fund generally funds in Colorado and the Bay Area but occasionally considers non-profits in other areas.
