HQIM Principal and Other School Leader's Grant The New Hampshire Department of Education (NHED), Bureau of Instructional Support is issuing a Request for Application (RFA) for principals and other school leaders in the implementation of high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) in literacy and mathematics, and the alignment of high-quality instructional materials to multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) in schools. Competitive grants will be awarded to NH public and public charter schools in funding evidence-based training for the 2025-2026 school year. Background The New Hampshire Department of Education’s Principal and School Leader’s Grant must ensure training for principals or other school leaders in the implementation of high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) with evidence-based practices in literacy and mathematics, and alignment of HQIM with MTSS. The competitive funds will support districts in implementing training in one or more of these areas that address the needs of leadership, teachers, and students.
