Housing Stability Grant

The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta is launching the 2025 Housing Stability Grant to support eviction prevention and services for individuals and families facing homelessness. Grants ranging from $20,000 to $50,000 will be awarded based on the applicant's needs and proposal quality. Emphasizing partnerships with community stakeholders, the foundation aims to promote safe and affordable housing in Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Fulton, and Gwinnett counties, enhancing overall community stability.

In 2022, the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta launched TogetherATL, a five-year strategic plan identifying four priority systems of focus, along with three priority neighborhoods. One of the systems highlighted is Housing and Neighborhoods.
The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta is offering grants focused on Housing Stability for 2025, with particular emphasis on eviction prevention and services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
Funding requests may include up to 30% of the applicant organization’s most recent annual expenses and should fall between $20,000–$50,000. Awards will vary in size based on the number of applicants and funds requested, as well as the quality of proposals.
