- High school students: Collaboration, teamwork, communication, leadership skills, empathy, role modeling
- Elementary students: Solution-seeking, creativity, resilience, critical thinking
- Emphasis: Real-world, authentic learning experiences aligned with district mission and values
Program Structure: Approximately 4-week intensive program (October-November)
