Homelessness Prevention RFP Grant

The City of Spokane is inviting proposals for homelessness prevention services aimed at households at risk of losing their homes within city limits. Funded by the Washington State Department of Commerce through the Consolidated Homeless Grant, successful applicants will provide low-barrier assistance, ensuring housing stability and equitable access to resources. The City of Spokane’s Community, Housing, and Human Services Department is seeking proposals from qualified agencies to deliver homelessness prevention services for households at risk of homelessness within Spokane city limits.
