High School Scholarship Fund

Scholarships to support high-achieving students with greatest financial need in attending private Catholic high schools. WEA awards individual scholarships and partners with The Flaherty Family Foundation (FFF) for comprehensive four-year award packages.

Geographic Scope: Baltimore City, Maryland area

Focus Areas: High school tuition assistance for students transitioning from elementary/middle school to private Catholic high schools (which cost approximately 3x elementary school tuition).

Recipient Qualifications:

• High-achieving students
• Greatest financial need
• Recipients monitored and guided from 8th to 12th grade
• Must meet qualifications each year to continue receiving funding

Award Details:

• Individual Scholarships: Up to $5,000 per student
• FFF/WEA Partnership Scholarships: Four-year combined scholarships for private Catholic high school attendance
• Four-year monitoring and support

Eligible Schools: Private Catholic high schools in Baltimore area

1. Submit Donation:

2. Payment Details:
   • Checks payable to "WEA"
   • Specify "High School Scholarship Fund" on form or in comments
   • Donations can be made in any amount
