General Scholarship Fund

A flexible scholarship fund for one-time or ad-hoc donations to support children whose educational needs vary and do not require year-to-year financial aid.

Geographic Scope: Baltimore City, Maryland

Focus Areas: Provides emergency/gap scholarships for Pre-K through 8th grade students attending Catholic Community Schools when unexpected financial hardship occurs (job loss, health issues, change in parent's financial commitment).

Eligibility:

• Qualified students at partner schools facing sudden financial need
• No formal application from students required

Award Details:

• Flexible donation amounts
• Can benefit one or more children
• Fills unexpected gaps in education funding
• Ensures students are not excluded from classroom due to financial barriers
