The Harry K. Wrench Jr. Memorial College Scholarship provides financial support to graduating high school seniors from the Manitowoc and Wausau areas who are pursuing a bachelor's degree. This scholarship honors the legacy of a prominent leader from the Wisconsin Fuel & Light Company. Over $300,000 is awarded annually to more than 200 students across north central Wisconsin, promoting academic excellence and community involvement.

Guided by our vision, purpose, mission, values, and policies, we inspire philanthropic generosity to enhance our community’s quality of life. Scholarships More than 200 students throughout north central Wisconsin, from pre-school to post-graduate, will be awarded scholarships totaling more than $300,000 from the 125 endowed scholarship funds administered within the Community Foundation. Harry K. Wrench Jr. Memorial College Scholarship Purpose To provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors from the Manitowoc and Wausau areas including, but not limited to, the schools listed below utilizing the selection criteria posted. Lincoln High School (Manitowoc) Newman Catholic High School (Wausau) Roncalli High School (Manitowoc) D.C. Everest Senior High School (Schofield) Manitowoc Lutheran High School (Manitowoc) Marathon High School (Marathon) Wausau East High School (Wausau) Mosinee High School (Mosinee) Wausau West High School (Wausau) Northland Lutheran High School (Mosinee) This fund was established to honor, with deep gratitude and respect, the memory of this great Wisconsin Fuel & Light Company leader through the awarding of scholarships in his name.
