Hancock Whitney Opportunity Grant Hancock Whitney, in partnership with the Greater New Orleans Foundation, is accepting competitive grant applications starting October 7, 2025, from eligible nonprofit organizations that promote capacity building and sustainability among community nonprofits whose missions address food insecurity, workforce development, youth programs (non-sports), or whose core teams are supported by AmeriCorps volunteers.

Organizations serving underserved and low-moderate income (LMI) communities are invited to apply.Hancock Whitney will consider requests from eligible 501(c)(3) organizations supporting underserved and low to moderate-income communities located within the Hancock Whitney service areas.Eligible Organizations include the following:First-time Homebuyer programs offering down payment or closing cost assistance resourcesNonprofit developers providing home rehabilitation, renovations, and repairsOrganizations who provide access to disaster mitigation renovation efforts such as fortified roof program participation, green building programs, etc.
