GNOF Exxon-Mobil Fund The purpose of the GNOF Exxon-Mobil Fund, a Donor Advised Fund of the Greater New Orleans Foundation, is to improve the quality of life for people in Algiers and St. Bernard Parish. An advisory committee of business and civic leaders meet annually to review grant requests in all program areas relative to the designated areas. For St. Bernard Parish, the Committee typically recommends grants that do not exceed $10,000, although larger grants may be made in extraordinary circumstances.
