Annual Grant Making Process Guidelines The mission of The Guilford Foundation (TGF) is to enrich the quality of life in our community by connecting people who care with causes that matter, now and for generations to come. TGF values integrity and equity as we actively seek to be a trusted, responsive, and collaborative leader that makes a positive difference in our community. We fulfill our mission by building and maintaining a charitable endowment and making prudent grants that serve to address the ever-changing needs of the Guilford community. What The Guilford Foundation Funds TGF looks to fund organizations and projects that strengthen and improve Guilford in the following focus areas: Animal WelfareArts, Culture and Heritage Basic Needs Community Improvement & VitalityEducation Environment & Sustainability Wellness & Mental Health Human ServicesChildren & Youth Seniors Additional Information TGF holds several “field of interest” funds, including funds dedicated to youth, veterans or active military, the environment, and design/build efforts. During the application review process the CIC works to match applications with corresponding fields of interest funds and donor intent.

Eligibility
