Scholarships

Scholarship programs sourced from named charitable funds established with The Guilford Foundation. Scholarships are managed in partnership with Guilford High School (GHS) Counseling Department.

Geographic Scope: Guilford, Connecticut area (primarily GHS students)

Funding Source: Named charitable funds established with TGF. Each fund may specify:

• Areas of study
• Designation for community or vocational college students
• Other specific award parameters set by donors

Eligibility:

• Generally Guilford High School students (specific eligibility depends on individual fund parameters)
• May include students attending community or vocational colleges
• Specific criteria set by fund donors

Scholarship Fund Establishment

• Donors can establish scholarship funds with TGF

• Minimum $10,000 required to establish a fund (can be given over 5 years through Acorn program)
