Grant-in-Aid

Overview: The SUNY Orange Foundation offers Grant-in-Aid Financial Assistance to students who need help with tuition, books, or child care costs, are ineligible for Federal or State Aid, and have demonstrated financial need.

Geographic Scope: SUNY Orange students

Eligibility:

Continuing full-time or part-time students

Must have applied for Federal and/or State Financial Aid

Must have been determined ineligible based upon Federal and/or State criteria

Must have demonstrated financial need

Currently enrolled students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0

Child care costs

Award Amount:

Based on individual circumstances

Cannot exceed $1,000 in any academic year
