Good Neighbor Grants

Funder: Bluegrass REALTORS® / RCHF Foundation

Overview: Bluegrass REALTORS® awards grants to organizations that do good work in extraordinary ways in the community.

Award Amount: $1,000 grants to up to 10 organizations for 2026

Geographic Scope: Organizations must be incorporated in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and provide services in one of the Association's 38-county jurisdiction

Focus Areas: Organizations affiliated with real estate, housing, shelter, or other related needs (determination made by selection committee)
