Overview
A HUD-funded competitive grant program supporting communities in preserving and revitalizing manufactured housing and manufactured housing communities (MHCs). The program focuses on two primary activities: 1) Kentucky ROCs - acquiring and converting existing manufactured housing communities to resident-owned cooperatives, and 2) Kentucky Targeted Owner-Occupied Emergency MHU Replacement Program - replacing unsafe pre-1976 manufactured housing units that pose health and safety risks to low-income Kentuckians. PRICE subrecipients will be selected via competitive Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).
