A HUD-funded competitive grant program supporting the preservation and revitalization of manufactured housing and manufactured housing communities (MHCs). Funding may be deployed in any of Kentucky's 120 counties within a successful applicant's service area. Uses Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) statutory and regulatory framework.
