Overview

A HUD competitive grant program supporting communities in maintaining, protecting, and stabilizing manufactured housing and manufactured housing communities (MHCs). The Kentucky PRICE program has two primary goals: (1) Kentucky ROCs - preserve and improve existing manufactured housing communities by acquiring and converting them to resident-owned cooperatives, and (2) Kentucky Targeted Owner-Occupied Emergency MHU Replacement Program - replace unsafe manufactured housing units constructed prior to 1976 that pose health and safety threats to low-income Kentuckians. Funding may be deployed across any of Kentucky's 120 counties.
