Overview

A HUD-funded competitive grant program supporting preservation and revitalization of manufactured housing and manufactured housing communities (MHCs). The Kentucky program includes two primary initiatives: (1) Kentucky ROCs - acquiring and converting existing manufactured housing communities to resident-owned cooperatives, and (2) Kentucky Targeted Owner-Occupied Emergency MHU Replacement Program - replacing unsafe pre-1976 manufactured housing units that pose health and safety threats to low-income Kentuckians. Funding may be deployed across any of Kentucky's 120 counties within an applicant's service area.
