The Foundation for Enhancing Communities The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC) is a community foundation serving South Central Pennsylvania with a mission to inspire giving, partner with donors to achieve their charitable goals, and strengthen local communities for current and future generations. George M. and Mary Jane Leader Scholarship This fund was established after the passing of Mr. and Mrs. Leader with the intent to support and motivate youth from the City of Harrisburg to attend Harrisburg Area Community College, or participate in college in high school, and succeed in college level work. The George M. and Mary Jane Leader Scholarship was established specifically to support students from the Harrisburg School District attending John Harris High School, Sci-Tech High School, The Cougar Academy and The Harrisburg Virtual Learning Academy attending HACC to take college-level courses.Eligibility
