Overview: Unrestricted general operating support to enhance capacity, strengthen abilities, and respond to challenges and opportunities to expand or improve services.

Funding Priorities

The University Christian Church Legacy Foundation seeks to support non-profit organizations that:

• Are centered on addressing the challenges facing children, youth and families who are most marginalized and furthest from justice via direct services and/or efforts to make systems more just & equitable
• Have leadership, staff and board members who reflect the communities they serve
• Lift up the voices and include the wisdom of community members with lived experience in planning and decision-making
• Focus on addressing significant challenges to bring about long-term change
• Are based in King County and serve local and WA state communities
• Qualify as a 501c3 charitable organization under IRS code

King County, WA and Washington State

Current Status

The Foundation is not currently accepting unsolicited proposals. However, organizations meeting funding priorities may submit a brief introduction via the online form.

Eligibility

• 501(c)(3) charitable organization under IRS code
• Based in King County or serving King County and WA state communities
• Focus on marginalized and underserved children, youth, and families
• Have diverse leadership reflecting communities served
