Social Justice & Resiliency Grants (Community Foundation for Southwest Washington)

The Community Foundation for Southwest Washington awards Social Justice & Resiliency Fund grants to organizations serving Clark, Cowlitz and Skamania counties, Washington. Funding supports (a) operating support for organizations serving Black, Indigenous or People of Color and culturally specific organizations, (b) systemic-change, policy and advocacy work, and (c) capacity building for organizations addressing disparities. Two award routes - proactive grants made from program-team outreach, and responsive grants made through the brief web application. 'Is there a submission deadline? No. The grants committee accepts and reviews requests on a rolling basis.' 'We will provide smaller, responsive grants in the $5K-$25K range'; larger capacity-building grants are discussed with a Program Officer. An organization may apply more than once, but should speak to a Program Officer if it already received a grant in the same calendar year.
