  • Geographic Scope: St. Louis region (organizations and women served must be based in St. Louis)

Funding Focus Areas

The foundation funds organizational programs or advocacy efforts aligned with their strategic plan, specifically:

1. Increasing Access to Jobs & Living Wages
- Support for women earning a living wage (currently $47,500/year for a family of four)
- Workforce development and job training with emphasis on female-specific cohorts

2. Increasing Supports for Working Families
- Access to safe, affordable childcare
- Access to paid family leave
- Programs that remove barriers to employment for women

3. Family Well-being & Economic Success
- Programs engaging women and their children using a 2-Generation approach

    What We Don't Fund

  • Churches, religious schools, or programs promoting a specific faith practice
  • Capital and endowment campaigns
  • Political lobbying, campaigns, or candidates
  • Event sponsorships
  • Scholarships
  • Requests from individuals
