- Support for women earning a living wage (currently $47,500/year for a family of four)
- Workforce development and job training with emphasis on female-specific cohorts
2. Increasing Supports for Working Families
- Access to safe, affordable childcare
- Access to paid family leave
- Programs that remove barriers to employment for women
3. Family Well-being & Economic Success
- Programs engaging women and their children using a 2-Generation approach
- Churches, religious schools, or programs promoting a specific faith practice
- Capital and endowment campaigns
- Political lobbying, campaigns, or candidates
- Event sponsorships
- Scholarships
- Requests from individuals
What We Don't Fund
- The Migrant and Immigrant Community Action Project (employment support and work authorization assistance)
- IHELP (one-on-one tutoring for adult female immigrants and refugees)
- Missouri Women in Trades (Women Interested in Construction mentoring program)
- National Council of Jewish Women St. Louis (Healing Hearts Bank micro-loans and financial literacy)
