Eligibility

• Organization Type: 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations
• Geographic Scope: St. Louis region (organizations and women served must be based in St. Louis)
• Budget Requirement: Annual operating budgets of $3.5 million or less (priority given to smaller organizations)
• Non-Religious: Programs cannot be based exclusively in one faith or involve religious worship, instruction, or proselytization

Funding Focus Areas

1. Increasing Access to Jobs & Living Wages
- Support for women earning a living wage (currently $47,500/year for a family of four)
- Workforce development and job training with emphasis on female-specific cohorts

2. Increasing Supports for Working Families
- Access to safe, affordable childcare
- Access to paid family leave
- Programs that remove barriers to employment for women

3. Family Well-being & Economic Success
- Programs engaging women and their children using a 2-Generation approach

What We Don't Fund

• Churches, religious schools, or programs promoting a specific faith practice
• Capital and endowment campaigns
• Political lobbying, campaigns, or candidates
• Event sponsorships
• Scholarships
• Requests from individuals

• The Migrant and Immigrant Community Action Project (employment support and work authorization assistance)
• IHELP (one-on-one tutoring for adult female immigrants and refugees)
• Missouri Women in Trades (Women Interested in Construction mentoring program)
• National Council of Jewish Women St. Louis (Healing Hearts Bank micro-loans and financial literacy)
