#### Step 2: Prepare Required Documents

501(c)(3) determination letter (required for tax-exempt organizations)

Optional: supporting documents such as pictures, graphs, or PDFs for reference

#### Step 3: Complete Grant Request Form
Fill out all required fields on the online grant request form:
