Introduction The goal of The Fund for Sandwich is to provide grants for initiatives that tackle the wide range of challenges and opportunities facing our community to improve the quality of life for those who live and work in Sandwich, MA. Applicant organizations must be 501(c)(3) public charities or organizations serving a charitable purpose that are applying with a fiscal sponsor that is a 501(c)(3) public charity. Organizations can be located outside of the Town of Sandwich, but projects and programs must specifically support Sandwich residents. Overview The Fund for Sandwich will consider a wide range of proposals. The Fund is especially interested in proposals that respond to community needs, especially for at-risk populations, as well as those that creatively solve local problems across a wide range of fields, including the following: human services, youth services, aging services, health, education, the arts, local development, and the environment. Funding For this year, The Fund for Sandwich will entertain grant requests of up to $5000.
