Federal Pell Grant eligibility is determined by the U.S. Department of Education from the information provided on the FAFSA form, and the calculation of a valid Student Aid Index (SAI) on the student’s FAFSA Submission Summary. Federal Pell Grant award amounts will vary based on a student’s calculated SAI and enrollment intensity per semester. Students may only receive the Federal Pell Grant for a maximum of six years of full-time enrollment, or its equivalent (for example, 12 years of half-time enrollment).Eligibility
