FCBA Foundation College Scholarship Program

Purpose: Provides financial support and laptop computers to DC public high school students to assist them in attending college.

Geographic Scope: Washington, D.C. public high school students

Eligibility:

High school seniors in Washington, D.C.

Interest in technology, media, and telecommunications law and policy or STEAM-related fields is a plus but not essential

Selection based on academic achievements, service to school and community, and financial need

In 2025, the Foundation committed $295,000 to 22 graduating seniors
