FCBA Foundation Law School Scholarship Program

Purpose: Provides financial assistance to law students with demonstrated interest in pursuing careers in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) law and policy.

Geographic Scope: National - accredited law schools in the United States

Eligibility:

• Rising second- or third-year students
• Currently enrolled in accredited law schools in the United States
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in TMT law and policy

Award Details:

• Scholarships payable to law school in one lump sum
• Used for tuition or other education-related expenses
• In 2025, Foundation awarded $20,000 in scholarships to 7 outstanding law students

Application Timeline:

• Application opens: January or February
• Decisions: Typically announced in May
