Supporting healthy, fulfilling lives for all our neighbors. Fremont Area Community Foundation exists to enhance the quality of life for all people of Newaygo County and surrounding communities. To achieve our core purpose, we invest in partners who serve residents of Newaygo County. We will elevate civility and model inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility practices relevant to our community. Bridging Generations Fund The purpose of the Bridging Generations Fund is to make grants to benefit and enrich life for older adults in Newaygo County. Grant requests are accepted for projects or programs that promote: Physical health of older adults in our communityMental/emotional well-being of older adults and their caregiversSocial enrichment and prevention of social isolationBasic human services for older adults
