Provides funding to local jails to implement evidence-based programming for inmates to improve access to knowledge, skills, and resources for successful re-entry; reduce recidivism rates; and increase collaboration between local jails and community partners. Evidence-based programs must be rated as 'Highest Rated' or 'Second Highest Rated' according to the Results First Clearing House.
