About Us The Community Foundation of NCW is a tax-exempt philanthropic organization that helps individuals, families, businesses, and agencies support charitable causes throughout Chelan, Douglas, and Okanogan counties. Everett & Roy Hill Music Scholarship Everett Hill was often described as a free thinker who wanted to make his community a better place. He wasn’t afraid to think outside the box and find creative ways to see his ideas come to life. Mr. Hill established this scholarship as a way to help students who shared the love he and his brother Roy had for music. This scholarship supports graduating seniors from Chelan, Douglas, or Okanogan County high school, with special emphasis on students seeking further education in the field of music. This scholarship is supported, in part, by the Everett Hill Fund of The Oregon Community Foundation.
