Emergency Aid

Charitable Purpose: Providing individual assistance to mothers and children in immediate need of resources while experiencing devastating life events or crisis.

Focus Areas:

• Payment of rent
• Utility bills
• Medications
• Other ancillary services supporting mothers and children during crisis

Geographic Scope: Primary focus on Arizona; out-of-state assistance available with specific requirements.

Eligibility:

• Mothers and children in immediate need
• Experiencing devastating life events or crisis
• Out-of-state recipients must be nominated by a health system employee in their community or by an Arizona-based nominator with Mother's Grace connections
• Out-of-state assistance focused on specific bills (rent, car payments, utilities)

Application Process: Nomination required via "Nomination for an Individual's Receipt of Assistance" form

Award Format: Cash benefits, services provided by Mother's Grace volunteers, or donation of goods

Note: Mother's Grace considers each request individually and determines assistance in its sole discretion based on consistency with organizational mission.

How to Apply

1. Complete the "Nominate an Individual" form
2. Submit nomination by an individual or organization
3. For out-of-state nominations: Must be nominated by a health system employee in the recipient's community OR by an Arizona-based nominator with Mother's Grace connections
4. Mother's Grace will review and determine if assistance will be granted
