Brylan's Feat Foundation (AZ) provides treatment/financial assistance to individuals with a lymphedema diagnosis (pediatric focus) covering certified lymphedema therapist consults/measuring, custom garments, bandaging supplies, therapy sessions, surgical procedures, and compression pumps; a documented lymphedema diagnosis is required (lymphatic/vascular malformation cannot be the sole diagnosis). Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

How to Apply

Patients with a lymphedema diagnosis apply by completing the questionnaire + required forms and uploading a diagnosis, photos, and (US) insurance card. Allow 5-7 business days (10-14 in June-July). admin@brylansfeat.org.
