Elm Grove Junior Guild Community Grant Program

Geographic Scope:

  • 75% of grants: Organizations serving women, children, and families of Waukesha and Milwaukee counties

  • 25% of grants: Projects within the Village of Elm Grove
  • Eligible Applicants: 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations

    Mission Alignment: Applicants must demonstrate alignment with the organization's mission to serve women and/or children of Milwaukee or Waukesha counties. The Elm Grove Junior Guild is a community of women committed to the education, wellness and protection of all women and children.

    Funding Distribution

    • 75% of all money raised through annual fundraising efforts and the Tree of Giving Gala is granted to 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations serving women, children, and families of Waukesha and Milwaukee counties
    • 25% supports projects within the Village of Elm Grove

    Application Requirements

    • Applications must be completed in full for consideration
    • Organizations that received a grant in 2024-2025 must complete "SECTION C" of the application
    • Organizations that did NOT receive a grant in spring 2025 are NOT required to complete "SECTION C"
    • SECTION C will only appear after selecting "yes" to the final question in SECTION B: "Did your organization receive a grant from the Elm Grove Junior Guild in the 2024-2025 cycle?"

    Selection Process

    • General membership votes on initial submissions
    • Typically 10-15 organizations selected as finalists
    • All finalist organizations must make a presentation at the Elm Grove Junior Guild meeting
    • Finalist presentation date: Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at the Elm Grove Woman's Club

    Required Steps

    1. Complete the grant application between September 15 and October 31 (annual cycle)
    2. Ensure full completion - The application must be completed in full for consideration
    3. Section C requirement - If your organization received a grant in 2024-2025, complete "SECTION C"
    - SECTION C only appears after answering "yes" to the final question in SECTION B
    4. Submit application through the online form
    5. Attend finalist presentation (if selected) - Finalist organizations must present at the Elm Grove Junior Guild meeting on Tuesday, February 3rd at the Elm Grove Woman's Club
