How to Apply

1. Complete the ECEAP Interest Form - Submit online via the interest form on the website

2. Required Information:
- Youth Information:
- Youth's name (first and last)
- Youth's birthday (MM/DD/YYYY)
- Preferred classroom location (Downtown Spokane, Medical Lake, West Plains/Airway Heights, or Not sure)

- Parent/Guardian Personal Information:
- Your name (first and last)
- Email address (required)
- Phone number (required)
- Best time to contact you (Mornings, Early Afternoon, Late Afternoon, Early Evening)

- Family Information:
- Number of people in household (required)
- Household's annual income (required)
- How you heard about ECEAP (select all that apply: Community Event, Recommended by a Friend, Social Media, Search Engine, Website)

- Additional Information:
- Specific questions you want addressed
- Choice preferences (First Choice, Second Choice, Third Choice)

3. Alternative Submission Methods:
- Mail: Drop off or mail the paper application to:
