Dr. Julius Bajet Soria Memorial Scholarship Fund Grant

The Dr. Julius Bajet Soria Memorial Scholarship Fund supports students of Filipino descent pursuing higher education in Hawaii. Established in honor of Dr. Julius Bajet Soria, an inspiring educator, this scholarship aims to empower students to achieve their academic goals. Eligible candidates must demonstrate financial need, have a minimum GPA, and be graduates of Hawaii public high schools. The fund particularly encourages applications from students of Ilokano ancestry.

NOTE: The Application deadline is represented by the Pre proposal deadline. The Letters of Recommendation deadline is represented by the Full Proposal deadline.
This scholarship was established in honor of Julius Bajet Soria, PhD who was an assistant professor at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Dr. Soria inspired and empowered college and high school students to achieve their educational goals. The purpose of the scholarship is to support students of Filipino descent to pursue higher education at an accredited college or university in the state of Hawaii.
