What we Do We seek to enhance volunteer's efforts by: Sponsoring specific projectsContributing to nonprofit organizations' long-term stability In the past, Double-R Foundation has supported programs in the following areas: Arts in New York City, particularly by new and developing artists, composers, dancers and performersCity planning programs and organizations that enhance New York City's humanity and harmony with the natural world, including development of outdoor space, promotion of the intelligent use of materials, and educating the public and government about short and long term design alternativesJob training programs that link volunteer executives with young entrepreneurs;Legal services for the underprivileged provided by attorneys pro bono;Art and music instruction in after-school programs;Health care and health research;Animal-related services;Homeless shelters and related programsYouth-oriented legal support services promoting alternatives to incarceration in adult prisons and court systems.
