The purpose of the fund is to award educational scholarships to graduating high school seniors from Richmond City Public Schools who plan to attend a 4-year college or university, community college or vocational school. Preference will be given to students who have an interest in pursuing a career in retail, or whose parents are currently employed in the retail industry.
