Donald W. Colbert Scholarship The Donald W. Colbert Scholarship was established in 2006 by S&K Famous Brands in memory of their friend, colleague and leader, Donald W. Colbert. The purpose of the fund is to award educational scholarships to graduating high school seniors from Richmond City Public Schools who plan to attend a 4-year college or university, community college or vocational school. Preference will be given to students who have an interest in pursuing a career in retail, or whose parents are currently employed in the retail industry.

Eligibility
