Donald Brady Scholarship Grant

The Donald Brady Scholarship, offered by the American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, supports undergraduate students in mechanical or architectural engineering. Eligible candidates must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 and attend specific North Carolina universities. This one-year scholarship also provides recipients the chance to intern with Brady Trane Services, enhancing their professional development in the HVAC field. This initiative aligns with ASHRAE's mission to promote sustainability and well-being in built environments.

A one-year scholarship available annually to a qualified undergraduate mechanical or architectural engineering student enrolled full-time and pursuing a bachelor’s degree at one of the following schools:

• North Carolina State UniversityNorth Carolina A&T State UniversityUniversity of North Carolina at CharlotteEast Carolina University
• Selected recipient will have an opportunity to apply for an internship with Brady Trane Services, Inc. at 1915 North Church St., Greensboro, NC  27405.

Eligibility

Applicants must have a cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.0 on a scale where 4.0 is the highest and/or a class standing of no less than the top 30%.
