Overview: The CCIM Institute Foundation Diversity Scholarship is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusivity within the commercial real estate industry by providing financial support to individuals from underrepresented groups pursuing the CCIM Designation.

Geographic Scope: United States and Canada

Focus Areas:

Support for individuals from underrepresented groups in commercial real estate

Minority-owned businesses and entrepreneurs

Women in commercial real estate

Diverse representation across all CRE career paths (brokerage, investment, development, facilities management, etc.)

Building inclusive commercial real estate professional community

Program Partnerships

• Partners with organizations like Project REAP (Real Estate in Action Project) which works to attract and train professionals of color
• Collaborates with local CCIM chapters on mentorship programs
