Robert L. Ward Fund

Overview: The Robert L. Ward Fund was established to provide funding for real estate educational initiatives and research into real estate analytics. The objective is to improve the content, delivery, technology, and presentation techniques used in the CCIM curriculum.

Purpose: Support innovation and improvement in CCIM education and research

Geographic Scope: CCIM Institute curriculum and educational programs (U.S. and Canada)

    • Projects must be in accordance with the Articles, By-Laws, and mission of The CCIM Institute Foundation

      Background

      Established in honor of Robert L. "Bob" Ward, CCIM, a past President of The CCIM Institute and recognized leader in education. Bob Ward was:
    • A mentor to CCIM faculty members
    • Instrumental in defining the body of knowledge underlying the CCIM Designation
    • An innovator in educational delivery and technology
    • Developer of educational spreadsheets used in CCIM courses

    The fund honors his commitment to continuous improvement and his legacy of asking "How do we improve on what we have?"
