Our Mission The Sephardic Foundation on Aging fosters innovation and collaboration in the field of aging so older people and their communities have the support and resources they need to flourish. Priority Areas: End of Life Care or Preventing Elder Neglect; Dementia Care and Brain Degenerative Diseases; Combating Social Isolation of Older Adults Dementia Care and Brain Degenerative Diseases If your organization is working to support older adults in one or more of our priority areas, we would love to hear from you. Projects typically focus on advancing care, support, and quality of life for people affected by dementia and related diseases, and the Foundation encourages innovative aging-related programs.re.
